At The Weaveloom, all products are handcrafted and customized, with domestic orders dispatched within 5-7 business days (free standard shipping) or 2-4 business days for express shipping at ₹300 per kg. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a ₹99 fee. International orders are dispatched within 6-10 business days, with free shipping on orders above ₹25,000 and ₹2,000 for orders below ₹25,000. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Return Policy

Refunds and Returns at The Weaveloom are simple: initiate return requests within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp with your order number, product photo, and reason. Only unstitched sarees, stoles, and dupattas in unused, original condition are eligible (excludes sale items and customized products). Damaged or incorrect products must be reported via email within 24 hours for replacement or alternate selection. COD refunds are issued as store credits, while prepaid refunds are processed within 7 days. Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours, excluding customized orders.
